MY STORY
A trained and time served journalist with 13 years in print journalism, more than eight in broadcast, and currently working as a PR and communications manager and freelance film producer, I've covered everything from business to music, current affairs to social history. A double graduate in English and in Journalism & Politics, I have worked extensively with high profile talent in culture, music, the arts, history, TV, and literature throughout my career in the media, in print, online, on camera, and on stage. OUR NEW DOCUMENTARY IS CROWDFUNDING NOW

Since last year, I've been working with BAFTA-winner and ace director Helen Tither (Emmeline Pankhurst: The Making of a Militant, The Great Staycation: Dot's Farm, My Life: Me, My Dad and His Kidney) on a new documentary AND on her new company! Films Not Words has finally launched, and its debut feature documentary will be The Corinthians: We Were The Champions - a film about Manchester's best forgotten football team... who just happened to be a group of defiant girls and women!
Playing at the height of the FA ban on ladies' football, they defied the establishment for over two decades, jetting off abroad to become world-famous pioneers. We have interviewed many of those rebellious ladies, and they remain just as feisty and uncompromising.
